Questions help to start and build customer conversations. There are two types of questions:
Open-ended Questions:
Open-ended questions that provide you with information about the customer.
Examples:
"Tell me more about what you want to accomplish?"
"What are you doing to prepare for this?"
"How is this impacting you?"
Targeted Questions:
Specific questions to narrow-down what you have uncovered and get more details.
Examples:
"You mentioned_________. Will this create any specific challenges for you?"
"Is _________ causing a financial burden?"
"Have other changes occured because of this?"
